Specialist Ratchet - Engineering - Rescue & Repair

1. When do I use this ability? [Source: WotC]
   You use it before the game begins. After you put the Medic! into your hand, you’ll shuffle the rest of your deck. Then you’ll draw the normal 3 cards at the start of the game. This means you’ll start the game with 4 cards in hand (Medic! plus the 3 you draw). You’ll still draw a card at the start of your first turn.
2. If I move damage counters from one of my characters to another character, will Specialist Ratchet’s ability trigger? [Source: WotC]
   No. Moving damage counters is different than repairing.
3. If you play Salvage for Parts while Specialist Ratchet is in bot mode, and you scrap, say, 2 opponent upgrades along with yours do you get to use the repair for the opponents scrapped upgrades as attack for Ratchet? [Source: WotC]
   For Salvage for Parts, you’re doing all of the repairing, so Ratchet’s ability will trigger that many times. In this scenario, that would give Ratchet +4 Attack.
4. Say Specialist Ratchet (In bot mode) got a +3 attack bonus from his skill, and then flipped to alt mode. Would that +3 attack carry over into alt mode for the turn? [Source: WotC]
   Yes.
5. For Wave 3 Ratchet, Ultra Magnus, Trailbreaker and Wheeljack. Do you search for their related card before you draw starting hand or after? [Source: WotC]
   Before the game starts, find their related card, shuffle, then draw three cards for your opening hand.
