Body Armor

1. Apologies if this has been asked before but have a question about type-specific upgrades like Power Sword and Body Armor - These cards specifically requiring Melee characters.
   If a character changes type - what happens to the upgrade? [Source: WotC]
   Traits, like Melee, are only requirements for upgrades to be attached to a character. Once attached, they stay on when a character flips between alt and bot modes.
2. Say Optimus Prime - Battlefield Legend attack a character with a Body Armor equipped, during the attack, Vaporize is revealed as attacking, and I choose to use the Vaporize on the Body Armor, does the defender still have tough 3? [Source: WotC]
   OPBL’s ability says it triggers before defense flips, so the defender would lose that tough 3 in this scenario.
3. Post WotC: Allied Crossplay

   As of this (FAQ's) writing, the only Upgrades that can be returned from the scrap pile via CNA-Encoded Armory are the following:
